Martial Arts is known to have many cognitive benefits for children – namely helping to develop and strengthen focus, self esteem and confidence. We have a full ECA programme that can be delivered in your school. We would also be delighted to support your PE curriculum and compliment classes with Martial Arts taster sessions – including fundamentals to self defense.
Kids Empowerment Programme
